Flux /MERCHANT COMPLIANCE

Acceptable Use Policy

Merchant compliance, restricted uses and acceptable activities.

Standards governing acceptable merchant activities, restricted sectors, and platform risk boundaries.

1. Permitted Uses

Flux provides payment infrastructure for legitimate commercial enterprises operating in compliance with national laws and banking guidelines. Merchants may use Flux for e-commerce, digital products, subscription services, invoicing, and verified disbursements.

2. Prohibited Business Categories

Flux strictly prohibits the processing of payments for: unlicensed gambling or lotteries, pyramid schemes, counterfeit goods, narcotics and prescription-controlled substances, weapons and munitions, unauthorized financial services, and deceptive marketing operations.

3. API Abuse & Rate Limiting

Merchants must implement reasonable client-side throttling and caching. Repeated automated polling outside supported status sync intervals, denial-of-service attempts, or bypass of idempotency keys will result in automated API rate restriction.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

Flux continuously monitors transaction volume, chargeback velocities, and dispute ratios. Where violations occur, Flux reserves the authority to pause automated disbursements, require additional compliance documentation, or suspend account access immediately.
